After our quick trip to Minnesota for Christmas we need to hit the beach to defrost. We rented a condo in Zihuatanejo.
Downtown was a short walk away. The beach just a block.
~Piñata's for New Years. These families come, set up temporary camp and make and sell their piñatas. They were gone almost immediately after New Years.
~The pool was cold but that didn't bother Carter.
~Dylan enjoyed the pool too but had to take warm up time on the sun loungers.
~pots of bouganvilla by the pool.
~Enjoying the beach
Dylan tried boogie boarding (his idea).

We ate a couple of times at this great restaurant in downtown Zihuatanejo called El Agave.
~Churros after dinner.
Pozole night at La Casa Vieja.
Margaritas at La Casa Vieja
Matt and his shrimp (you know he thinks it was good when it's all gone and you didn't get to try any...)
Avocado lunch at the condo.
Our condo had these on the entry-ways to the bathrooms. Reminded me of swimming at Uncle Rodney's house when I was little.
